Blue and two lurcher brothers homed in 2003. Sandra is a regular walker as well as a busy volunteer for the ex-racer cause and has her own website. She's always willing to share her passion for solving behaviour problems.

Blue lived with two cats and was not exactly smalls-friendly when she first arrived.

Sadly lost a four month battle with leukiemia on 2nd January 2007. Will be missed.

Cosmeston Spring 2006

Spike (third from the left) has brought house-mate Val (first on the left) and foster dog Lexi standing with his prospective owners to join the greyhounds. We had hoped for a picture of new girl Lola (saluki/whippet) but she is missing from the day's photo. Maybe next time.

Left - right. Greyhounds Foxy, Jane and Chalmer are looking on.

Cosmeston. Summer 2004. Flynn (far left) and Babe (foreground) look as if they're wondering what those swans make such a fuss about.

Left to right. Flynn, Lucy, Hannah, Fly, Smokey and Cera aren't bothered.

Update.

Sadly, Babe was PTS in July 06 after a very short battle with bone cancer (O.S.)

Cosmeston April 2003. Accident prone Tim (in the centre) was making a good recovery from a recent argument with a car. He had pins in his shattered leg for several months. None of the greyhounds

fanced a dip in the lake but Blue (right of centre) certainly had her eye on that ice cream.
