2nd CARDIFF CITY (FRIDAY THIS YEAR) 10am – 4pm.

Meet at the top of Churchill Way, junction with Queen’s Street outside the Virgin

Results were .... Nine volunteers and six greyhounds raised £467.26 in the tins

and with donations received from those who couldn't be with us on the day.

17th NEWPORT. 11am – 3pm

Meet at the Westgate Square and work down towards Boots.

Results were .... Four volunteers andfour greyhounds raised £135.94 which included

a supporter donation for the day.

1st EBBW VALE. Charity Day ( Street Collection) in Town Centre. Sat 1st or 8th.

Meet outside Lloyds Bank with volunteers manning the stall. Remain in situ

8th Alternative date for Ebbw Vale Charity Day

22 CHEPSTOW. 11am – 3pm

Meet at the Memorial opposite Lloyds Bank and work towards Woolworths.

A hot but often overcast day for the volunteers and six greyhounds (and the Jazz Band

playing nearby). Thanks to the kind shoppers £144.70 was raised before it got too hot.

29 COWBRIDGE. 11am – 3pm. After spending recent days looking for shade, eight volunteers

and six greyhounds had to run for cover when the clouds opened at 1.50pm. Thanks to the generous shoppers we still raised £155.96 and also received four adoption enquiries.
